The Dark Pioneers would like to thank everyone who attended the CD release party at The Sunset–it was a smashing success! Special thanks to those who were able to astral-project themselves from great distances to be there in spirit–that, folks, is serious dedication…and the kind of creepy, forward-thinking mentality we applaud!
Currently, Nathan has been seen wandering the compound halls in a dirty bathrobe, talking to the walls and sporting a three-day-old beard. Once he has recovered from the weekend, he will surely post a stage-eye view of the event on his show journal page. (Then, perhaps, he’ll seek the psychiatric attention he requires.)
In the meantime, the band’s performance schedule will be light as they prepare to record a batch of songs by year’s end. They assure us that many live favorites will be represented on the upcoming album (with the curious working title: ‘My Summer With Bruce Vilanch’), but the playlist remains a secret for now. That is all.
